"Nice staff, decent prices. I questioned the price of an old work electrical box for $9.98, and the cashier shrugged his shoulders. They are .98¢ at Home Depot. It may be convenient but come on, you've got to watch their prices."

"Purchased an item that I was told could be returned if I didn't need it. A week later, unused, I went to return the item. I had to go through 3 different associates to get my item returned. No thanks! Ended up buying my item from Lowes with military discount. Ace does not do any military discounts."

"If you don't need lumber or sheet Goods or big bulk items avoid Home Depot avoid the crowd avoid getting lost and looking for somebody to help you. You go to B's Ace Hardware and literally the moment I walked in the door it was very friendly how can I help you. They knew exactly what I was looking for or where to find it and walk me to it. They have propane refill extremely well stocked store they had items a matter of fact that Home Depot was out of and for less money. I just moved to the eagle area and I will be going back regularly if I can avoid the big box store and support local this is the way to go."

"I found myself here 10 minutes before closing. I felt bad for walking in right before close but the staff was super helpful! The paint I was looking for wasn’t in stock at Lowe’s, Home Depot, or anywhere else in the valley. Luckily, they were able to mix the paint right there for me within 10 minutes! It was great to be able to finish my project the same night rather than waiting for more paint to be shipped to me. 10/10 recommend!"
