"I waited over an hour with my sick son in the lobby. It wouldn’t be so bad, but at least 5 people came in after us and went before us. I asked and they just said they were short staffed, but this is ridiculous. Finally got seen and the Dr was super nice. They are short staffed, I get that. At least the Dr was nice, and treated my son good."

"Dr. Miller has always been great to our family. The office staff on the other hand is extremely rude. I was hung up on for asking about patient policies and then threatened to have our appointment cancelled. I asked to speak directly with Dr. Miller (between patients or at his earliest convenience) which I was told no. Then after being told they “don’t answer to no one but the office manager”, I spoke to Christa (the office manager) who seemed to care less about the lack of professionalism. I asked my question and was told she would send me the information I asked for via email. If your staff doesnt understand professionalism and lack knowledge of policies it might be time for some training. **update** Christa did send an email containing the information I was asking for BUT it did NOT contain any sort of info about a legal guardian being required to have an infant/toddler present to receive test results. There was zero yelling from myself or my wife. Ms. Christa the culture of your office requires a massive change—I am not the only review to point out the lack of discipline and professionalism. By the way I’m retired from the service so there is no need to reply with my former rank."

"Dr Miller is great, but the front desk staff are very rude. Had a very bad experience when asking a question about my daughter’s labs results and a follow-up appointment. I will continue to come because I really like Dr. Miller, but was very disappointed in the lack of good customer service from the staff. Being polite and kind should not be too much to ask."

"I was referred here by my eye doctor and I couldn’t be more grateful. The doctors Dr. Miller and Dr. Christa and nurses (Vicki) are amazing! The care I have received is wonderful and well above average. The whole staff has been a blessing to me. I lost my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket now but it is worth every penny! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my healthcare….. Thank you to the whole team!"

"Do NOT GO TO THE PLACE!! If there was a spot for 0 stars, that would eb the rating. I arrived onsite to complete a contracted job and was met by the Dr. named Christa C., after waiting paitently for her to get done with a client, she was very rude in responding to anything I was to say. Proceeding to thank me for "being on my phone" when the work order information is located on my phone. If she treats strangers like this, I can only imagine how much she thinks she can say to patients. PLEASE TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES ELSEWHERE AND GET PROPER CARE."
