"Dr. Chopra has been my kids Dr. since they were born, we love him and the staff. My kids are seen the same day when they are sick the nurse she answers all my questions. They are all very kind and we are very grateful."

"Told me to stop breastfeeding immediately because my baby wasn’t gaining enough weight and said “Your baby will be ret*rted.” Did not give advice or refer me to the breastfeeding clinic in the same building, would rush us out of appointments, never really looked at our child and did not go through milestones. Did not check for tongue or lip tie. Had to get surgery afterwards."

"I am not a fan of Chopra or his office staff. The receptionist comes across as rude and that she either doesn't like her job or she just has no customer service. The scheduler who sits next to her is very nice and friendly. I did not like chopra from our first appointment. I was concerned about my son's health and he was just very condescending and acted annoyed that I wanted further explanation. His nurses were very nice to us though."

"If I could give no stars, I would. Like everyone else has stated, the receptionist is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Dr. Chopra is nice, but he does not take any time to listen to concerns. He speeds through his exams, even when you have a genuine concern with your child's health. I asked him more than once why my son's neck was so tilted at more than one appointment, and then when his nurse was in the room, he finally listened to me when she said, "oh I see that too." My son was diagnosed with torticollis, luckily in time to go to physical therapy. I also stated concern with the way his circumcision looked the week after it was done as a newborn. Dr. Chopra repeatedly told me it looked fine and to just keep it clean. Never said anything about needing to pull skin back as after care. Now my son is likely going to need a corrective surgery performed at 3.5 years old, because he has multiple adhesions causing him to be in pain. My son also had to have his hips evaluated after his physical therapy for his neck, and Dr. Chopra was extremely rough with my son during his exam. My husband about lost it on him when he saw how he was moving our son's legs to check his hips. Don't go to this doctor. From other reviews, it sounds like he was good 10 years ago, but doesn't really care about his oath at this point."

"At first we really liked Dr. Chopra and his staff. Over time I realized it was just nurse Shelly keeping us there. Without her I think the whole office would crumble. She was able to help diagnose our son when he was a baby and Chopra just kept saying everything was normal. We also had to be the ones to bring up both our kids needing tubes in their ears. Once we brought it up he just said it was a good idea. Really Dr. Chopra was just their to confirm our own diagnosis of our kids and write the prescriptions. And his front desk lady was always rude and abrupt. Not very great for a pediatric service. Needless to say- after 5 years we had enough!"
