"Tried booking an appointment online, left extensive information about what I needed. No call back, hours later I call the office, they said they do not check emails for 2 days (sucks for patients). I just did not have a positive experience trying to book an appointment. All said and done I thanked her for her time and now trying to find another dentist to take my money. Do not book online. I have no reason to lie on a place I have never visited. Funny the front desk person saw my message. You just did not want the 1 star review and it is OK. I said my truth. "This place is awesome!! My toddler feels so comfortable here with the toys in the lobby, the kind dentists, and the treat at the end! The staff has gone above and beyond to help us understand what’s going on and even has helped in an emergency situation. 5 stars, for sure!"
"I think the 5 star rating First Smiles Dental already has as I am writing this review says everything. I have an autistic toddler who was in need of dental work the required her to be put to sleep. I was so nervous about this procedure but everyone here made me feel so much better about it all. Expected to be treated with kindness, professionalism, efficiency and understanding when you come to this dental office."
