"Staci does not communicate well with clients. She does not reliably answer calls or emails and often leaves clients in the dark. I had to call and email multiple times to have any idea what was happening with our divorce proceedings. And there were multiple points in the process that she did not seem to follow through with what she said she would do or had done. I was very disappointed with the service she provided."
"Never returns phone calls or answers her phone. Multiple messages with time sensitive questions followed up by emails and yet you get nothing, except the opportunity to spin your wheels and hope you don’t get hosed in the process. The paperwork was processed and the divorce was finalized. Never informed us that it was done. Horrible, practically non-existent communication. Staci, stop taking new clients if you’re unable to give decent service to the ones you have. You seemed like a nice lady, but you are clearly in over your head, or at least that’s what I choose to believe. Otherwise you would have to be indifferent and uncaring to treat people this way. Please people, don’t use her. You’ll be full of anxiety and fear with no one there to help you through the process."
