"With SO much going on that is dysfunctional In our society, as well as our every day living, I believe it is very very important to have someone that is in a position to help you, but in that position, they are actually concerned about helping you, and not just pushing medication on you. With so many other things that has not went well in my life I can say that I have hit the jackpot In finding this place that is filled with amazing people from the receptionist to my provider, The level of respect that you receive when you walk in the door is something I wished was employed in every setting there’s no judgment here. Derek Has helped me tremendously but also the receptionist they are wonderful as well. I can’t imagine one of them being rude or mean to anyone in this setting. They are human as all of us are so whatever they deal with in their life beyond the doors of this building it does not interfere or cross that threshold of work."

"I have been a patient (& have brought several foster children to him) of Derek Roberts for years. He is the most informed provider & responds in a timely manner & does a stellar job of staying on time so we rarely waste time sitting in the waiting room. (For this ADHD momma.... that's impressive because I can blab on for hours!)"

"I saw Derek last year at my therapist’s recommendation because I was thinking of starting antidepressants. When I told him I would be moving out of state in the fall, he said that I would have to fly back to Kansas and see him to continue getting my medication (which is untrue — I would just find a provider in my new area); he also said that the medication would have to be filled in Kansas and someone would have to mail it to me across state lines. This is ILLEGAL and he should not be practicing if that is the advice he’s going to give patients. He also made comments about my anxiety and lifestyle choices which I found incredibly disrespectful. Needless to say, I didn’t go back and would urge anyone else to look elsewhere."

"The BEST BH care available. This team wants to help you be the best version of you & live your best life. My provider is not only a professional BH specialist & academic, he’s a real person with similar life experiences as the normal person. Even if you think you’re doing just fine, I encourage EVERY ONE to get an annual mental health checkup. Mental Health care IS HEALTH CARE! Doc Patton is incredibly talented. His no bull approach means you won’t waste time running down a rabbit…and that’s saying something because I’ve recently unpacked A LOT. I’ve recommended him to dozens of people, including my employees. 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️. Highly recommend."

"Worst customer service in the city. I called 5+ times trying to make an appointment, left a message but THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. The receptionist said that Elizabeth and Beth take my insurance. Elizabeth and Beth are the same person, she was too stupid to know that she uses Beth as a nickname. Anyway I tried to schedule an appointment many times and she would not call me. I was recommended this place by a very bad therapist so it's no wonder this place is garbage. Look at all there 1 star reviews."
