"If i could give 0 stars....the staff are horribly rude, the doctor shows no consideration for schedules, and the staff lie about covered vs non-covered services. I get the feeling the doctor is willing to let his staff bill whatever and however without regard for rules or regulations. Until I uttered the words "insurance fraud" i was ignored. Then i was immediately turned over to collection. Also, don't bother asking questions about your bill. It's already been turned over to collections. I started service 8 months ago and I've made 3 payments with not one single completed follow-up (because the doctor keeps rescheduling my appointments). Find a different provider if you respect yourself."

"Horrible! Had them cancel multiple appointments on me, then knowing I work 3rd shift proceeded to call multiple times to reschedule the appointment that they canceled and wake me up. For educated people they are sure stupid. They either are too dumb to read their notes or don’t care, I don’t know which and didn’t care. I just wanted to be left alone but that seemed to be to difficult for them, and in July they were trying to reschedule an appointment in January. If you schedule a year in advance for early January, just know they are going to cancel it, and apparently their new policy is to harass you till they can get you to reschedule."

"The doctor is great, if you can ever get in to see her. They constantly cancel the appointment. Then it’s near impossible to get hold of them to reschedule another one. Tried calling today, it said I had zero people in front of me yet no one ever answered. Other times, it just cuts off or sends you to a voicemail, and no one ever calls back. If you do finally manage to get hold of them and get an appointment scheduled, then a few weeks later, they just call and cancel it and the whole rigmarole starts again."

"Juli was the best instructor on my CPAP. I am new to this but had some knowledge from working with my mother. Juli fully explained from start to finish. "This group of providers are phenomenal. From the front desk staff, to the providers themselves, every encounter we had was informative, personal and they showed they care. My husband is a patient here and he was taken care of so well. When life throws you obstacles (new diagnosis) it can be overwhelming and scary. When you have people in your corner that show they care, take time to explain things and make each experience personal; those are the things that make a difference. This team has done exactly that, they made a difference for my husband and myself. Thank you to all the providers and staff involved in our journey. I would give 100 stars if allowed :) A 5star scale isn't enough"
