"The place looked very nice, welcoming, and had a calm atmosphere. All of the staff were very friendly. I just had a New Patient visit. It cost $275. If you are pretty sure that you're not going to join their monthly membership, then I would say don't bother going to a New Patient appt. I did appreciate that the doctor wasn't in a hurry, listened to me and didn't hurry me along. My appointment took about 1.5 hrs or so. I was disappointed to find that my $275 fee basically included taking my vitals and a long get to know you session. I can sign up for $70-80/mo membership (for minimum 12 months) which includes follow up visits and more, but if I don't sign up then I pay for labs, a Dexa scan, follow up visits, etc. I had thought that the first NP visit would have included some labs, Dexa scan, or something other than a get to know you session and advice I already know. I feel like I just wasted $275 to just be told to eat healthy. I don't want to slam this business or these people. They all were very kind! I was just quite disappointed."
