"I'd give them a negative 5 stars if that was a thing. They left me high and dry with no Psychiatrist to take over my care. The story: The day of my appointment (I really needed that appointment) they tell me, sorry it's cancelled, we sent you a paper letter two days ago letting you know he left the practice and since we are all full up we sent you some options to call to see if anyone else has openings. After waiting 2 more days for said letter, I call the 3 numbers. #1-sees only children, #2- is a dial tone, #3-I need paper copy of medical records, which I have send in a consent to then get by snail mail from Prairie View only to then go in on a Monday to fill out paper work and I can expect to wait a month for them to get back with me.Will they have anyone available? We don't know. And then how far out will my appointment be if they even have one for me? Update: I got a response from the Manager, and she basically said "Not our problem." So #$!& you PV."
