"We have gone to Mid-Kansas pediatric for year and have loved it. But the last year has been absolutely awful. The front desk girls are rude , don’t smile , and barely speak. I called for a week and half to ask about a bill and never received a call back. I ask to speak to a manger and finally got her on the phone . Talked about the bill and a few other questions she said she would check into and call me back and of course she never called back either. When I finally got ahold of the billing department they knew nothing of any of my previous calls or messages. I cannot ever get in with my dr. So I always have to see a nurse or a different doctor . We are currently looking for a new office. But in the meantime will continue here until we find one. It’s disappointing that an office that once was so amazing has turned to be one of the worst customer service businesses on the westside. I have read other comments and I hope changes will be made in order to make this what it once was."

"I’m not sure what happened to Amy and the rest of the professional and caring front staff but the employees in there now are very rude, entitled and unprofessional. The immature girls don’t even know how to have any customer service. They acted like it was my fault that I hadn’t already scheduled an appointment for my son for his 3 year wellness exam. He just turned 2. They cancelled his 2 year appointment twice over the past couple of months and then couldn’t schedule one with his doctor. Never once apologized for anything. Now he won’t see his actual doctor for a year because they can’t even give me an appointment with his doctor in February either."

"My daughter has been seeing Dr Bowen since birth and she's almost two and a half now, and we have yet to have a bad experience. The nurses line has been a life saver for little and big questions we have, and if we need to make an appointment it isn't a hassle to get in. Everyone is so sweet and takes all of our concerns seriously."

"Horrible experience! Billing department is a scam in itself, and has no care in the world. After being seen for an infection the PA told us if things aren’t better in a few days to call them and they would get a prescription ordered. A few days pass and my son is only worse, so we call back and they lie and say they never said that, and that we would need to be seen to get an antibiotic. We tell them no, we aren’t paying another co-pay again, but they schedule an appt anyway, and then charge us a no-show fee. After explaining things to the billing dept that we did not want the appt, they said they didn’t care and still made us pay. Horrible place!"

"This office is full of amazing and caring nursing and office staff.. Both of my children are patients of Dr. Stucky's and she is very kind and thorough with my children. The nurses will return your calls very fast when you have a health concern and are always very polite and will get you into a different doctor if your child's doctor is booked for the day. The lady at the front desk is very diligent and efficient with getting you checked in. The people who process your payments and schedule your next appointment are always so cheerful. All around a great experience from start to finish every time we are seen."
