"Dr. Mendoza has no patience nor compassion when it comes to his patients. I am someone who has rebuilt my trust in dentistry. Dr. Mendoza took that all away last week when he went to do an extraction and had no patience for the numbing to take effect. I let him know that i could very much so feel all that pain and he sarcastically questioned what I WAS FEELING! Literally in fear I told him to continue but shortly after i knew something wasn’t right and got out of his chair and told him he IS an A$$H0LE! He was very unprofessional throwing his gloves at the wall saying “I am an A$$H0LE!” A week later I went to my regular dentist, Dr Deshazer to get that exact tooth removed I didn’t once feel any pain and was in and out within 15 minutes. If you have any worries or fears of dentistry I would recommend STAYING AWAY from Dr. Mendoza!!"

"This is for their emergency dental clinic for Wednesday Nov 22, 2023. I went to their emergency dental clinic for an infected and abscessed tooth. The pain was so bad I literally wished someone would just shoot me. I wish I was kidding. I have had 3 babies naturally, I can say with confidence it was 10x worse than my labor. For 4 days I couldn't eat, drink, or sleep and I went thru 4 Oragel tubes and 2 ambisol bottles. I went thru half a tube sitting in the lobby. I was sweating, dizzy and crying and number 3 on the list even tho I got there early. It took about 60 to 70 mins to be called back. I knew it would take a while, no big deal. The doctor was wonderful, very kind, caring, gentle and was able to end my pain very quickly with an extraction. Usually they would prescribe antibiotics and send ya off, I was beyond that and the pain was so horrific they decided just to pull it out. Today I feel a million times better. I found out they don't take you based on how severe your pain or dental issue is, they take you in order of sign in (and people literally run to that desk) and if you don't get there before 230 don't be mad if you're not seen cause they can only take so many people per emergency clinical day. Get there early and sit near the desk."

"They are very negligent I have had to come back 5 times now for a simple work required physical that should have only required 2 visits all they had to do was fill out a forum . no one ever answers the phone. They failed to sign the forum, they lost the forum, i had to come back over & over again and sit in the waiting room for hours. They said they would fax the forum to my job; they never did."

"Took off work early. Sat for 3 hrs to be called. Then the lady at the desk said she called my name. Same thing happened to the lady next to me. Front desk lady needs to speak up!!, so she doesn't waste other people's time, and energy like she did mine, and the lady next to me. I needed to be seen today/immediately for dental, and could of been seen if she would of spoke up. Thanks alot Grace Med!"

"God awful experience every time. First of all had to wait over an hour to get in for an appointment mind you I got there on time and I was the only one in the waiting room. Second of all they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, I’ve called 8 times trying to reach someone about it throughout the day with no success, and now that it’s after hours I was just told I’ll have to wait until tomorrow. I’ve been out of my prescription for two days now and they simply don’t care. Horrible experience, I will not be returning here."
