"A VERY slow office. I typically go to Grace Med Evergreen or Galloway clinic and am in and out with a knowledgeable staff member. It's one of the things I like about Grace Med - that and the thoroughness of the staff."
"Was hung up cause I just broke my leg and need to make a phone appt to get in with home health. I am not hurting my healing by being driven by the only people I can get driven by, aetna, so your office people who hung up on me then pretended to keep me on hold so they wouldn't get in trouble by my calling back are insanely unprofessional."

"I love my doctor at Grace Med. He is honestly the best. However, I brought my wife in as a new patient for what the ER said may be a reoccurrance of her Cancer and DUE TO COVID... I was not allowed to go back with her unless she is Handicapped or a child. We have had Covid and are both fully vaccinated. Sadly I will be finding a new Doctors office."
