"I can tell you that gracemed has some very unprofessional people. I looked up on Google to find comcares number to call them to change my appointment. Well gracemeds number is listed at Hart pharmacy, so this lady picks up the phone and I tell her I have an appointment, she says no you don't, so I go ahead and be nice and tell her to go on Google and try to get their gracemed number removed from Google because Google has gracemed listed at Hart pharmacy which this lady from gracemed tells me they have no affiliation with comcare or Hart pharmacy and so she just hangs up on me. Not very satisfied with how they treat people."
"Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Their Nurse Practitioners are very compassionate and thorough. Don't feel rushed while talking with them, but they get you in and out fairly quickly."
