"New care provider. They are a nice group of people. Very friendly. They still don't seem to answer the phones but they are kind of understaffed so I can't blame them."

"Had an annual check up for my 6yr old today. At first it was an okay visit…typical dr I guess. Had to refill out all the same paper work…took about an hr to be brought back. I wasn’t mad or bothered at this point. Nurse comes in takes vitals and then says she needs flu shot Covid shot and polio vaccine. I said only give her what’s mandated by public school. She left for 2 seconds came back and said it’s required. I said well I’ll speak with husband and check records and school mandates because I’m pretty sure I’ve been told she’s fine until 10 yrs old, by previous dr at same location and school nurses..she had all her vaccines last year when started school. Dr said “it’s given in a group with Dtap..and she has the others so she doesn’t know why polio wouldn’t be done as well. Then says she isn’t sure, it could just not be in the system. BUT I told her she was vaccinated at this clinic last year so that wouldn’t make sense. Aside from the vaccine confusion…not sure what this new drs name is. I couldn’t possibly keep track with all the physicians that have came and gone in less than 2 years we’ve been here. But she came in with a very upset look on her face. She just stared at us and walked around the room. Didn’t say anything to us! Just stared ! I’m assuming it’s because I blew A glove up for each of my two kids. ?!?! I don’t really know, when I asked if everything was okay she said mmmhhhmm…..but the visit didn’t start until I said hello to her and I asked her what she needs us to do because shes just staring and making us uncomfortable. She kind of said “mmhmm just sit there”. She got a little better after I checked her attitude. She made a few bad jokes that didn’t land with my 6 year old. I wanted to walk out after her first impression..but I stayed since it was only a checkup. Asked my daughter if she liked that dr. She said “first one “yes” (the nurse taking vitals) ; then the second one NO! she wasn’t very friendly to us.” Won’t be back due to her poor demeanor."

"Worst medical service EVER! I don't even know where to start. Every time I went there (3x) a different physian, so you start all over again every time. Another time it took them a week to refill my blood pressure meds. That happened with other meds as well. They gave me wrong information on a voucher, so I waisted 6 months waiting on an MRI. I had an x-ray done at Wesley. Since they didn't call me for the diagnosis in a month I called - btw its a miracle to get someone on the phone other than the answering service- and I was told they didn't get the MRI results. I had an XRAY!! Finally, they gathered the xray results and called me back without treatment information. They called back again and I was told an orthopedic would get in touch with me. That's 2 weeks ago. No one called. Last Sunday I called in my pain meds for my chronic pain. Today is Thursday and the pharmacy didn't receive the physian's approval yet. So, the list is going on and on. I'm so done with Grace Med and I can't even say here what I would like to say about them!!!"

"Lacking communication Cancelled two prior appointments for different locations. Refuse to see me in spite of waiting over 30 minutes to relay this information. Walk ins I am led to believe are options. Time of appointment was changed without any notice. Providers either were sick or just not there. Phoned once the day of appointment inspite of repeat 24 hour notice required on part of the patientt."

"Love it ! They were friendly. I have been seen by the dental hygienist to have my teeth cleaned . I’ve been seen by Candice Johnston, NP multiple times . I’ve been treated good every time by her and the other nurses and front desk. I have had lab work done as well and was treated well there too. I will continue to go there as long as they treat us well."
