He was super knowledgeable about the amenities and asked questions to understand our needs/highlight the benefits that mattered to us the most. This place is gorgeous. Modern, yet cozy. "The apartment was comfortable and the amenities were outstanding. The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about their work. They were incredibly supportive and caring during the loss of my beautiful wife, and helped me through a difficult time. I can’t imagine what I would have done without these folks, as they went the extra mile for me when I needed it most. A great building and even a greater team of people who genuinely care for those who call it home. Highly recommended."
"Looking for a new place to live can be daunting. Robeji Brown at the Hearth made it so easy. He gave us a great 5 star tour. If we do decide to rent there, it will be so nice to see Robeji on a regular basis. The Hearth on Broad is very fortunate to have Robeji on their team!"
"Finally done with this place. Watch their contract. When your lease ends if you don’t give 2 months notice properly than expect to pay 2 months extra rent. Very stingy and particular with EVERYTHING in their LONG contract. They should set up more notice themselves via email to let us know multiple times about the 60 day notice. What makes sense to me is that if someone doesn’t do the renewal form 60 days before move out, then to just force them to move out by the end of the lease and not renew…"
"I’ve lived here with my husband since September and have enjoyed living here very much. Overall it’s great. All fixes we have required have gotten resolved quickly. The amenities are wonderful and well kept (I will say they have stopped the daily perks they had when we first moved in, and honestly they were what put the Hearth as our number one choice when we started apartment hunting. It’s been really disappointing they chose to end them). The staff are amazing and so so so friendly. They have a monthly activity to help promote a community atmosphere. The list can go on it really is a great place."
