Whitewater Park Apartments

"I have been extremely impressed with Whitewater Park Apartments and their leasing agents, Megan Frickey and Kaleb Unruh, They are friendly and helpful with stellar personalities. They feel like neighbors and not just leasing agents. I have been here for 9 months. When my move was delayed due to an unexpected surgery, Megan made sure my apartment was held for me at the original lease rate even though prices had increased because of the summer. Kaleb made the paper work a breeze. These agents, along with the others who work here always greet me by name and a warm smile when I come by the office, During the recent snow storm, these agents were out with snow shovels helping me and other tenants move our cars! When I've had minor apartment issues, they were immediately resolved, I love this "Rustic five star complex," which is right on Quinn's Pond, adjacent to the Boise River, the Green Belt and three major Boise Parks It is an outdoor person's dream! At this complex, you can borrow free paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! There is also a beautiful glass covered year-round jacuzzi, two heated pools, a fully equipped two-story gym and even tanning beds! There is also free morning cappuccino! The indoor and outdoor meeting rooms with bar-b-ques, refrigerators and lots of seating are awesome. The apartments are beautiful! Mine is on the third floor with high ceilings, a fireplace, and a private washer and dryer! I looked at a lot of Boise complexes before i moved here and I believe this is the BEST. One suggestion...It's worth it to pay the extra $25 a month for your own permanent covered parking space. They are always available to you, close to your apartment and rarely get covered with snow. "They enter your apartment with no notice. I’ve come in to my apartment multiple times in the past week with them in here. They shut off the water to my building multiple times in the past month with no notice Parking is terrible No screen door when we moved in, took them two months to come and install one."

"Great location and amenities, however maintenance times are extremely slow and I have yet to receive my security deposit or an accounting from when I moved out months ago. Edit: Responding to the claims by the owners. They have not been doing great, in fact, my security deposit is still out-standing and they are actually in violation of the Idaho Civil Code because it has not been returned within the required period of time. So no, they have not been "doing great." I'll also note that they have not responded to multiple emails regarding the security deposit."

"I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and I don't plan on going anywhere. I love the fact it's clean, beautiful, and dog friendly. I also love the community, recreation, neighbors, and the employees of the complex. The staff has always been prompt in responses to phone calls and e-mails, accommodating to needs, and the maintenance staff is very efficient, kind, and fixes anything and everything in a timely manner. I have nothing but great things to say about living here. Thanks to the employees who make this complex thrive!"

"The office staff have been kind and knowledgeable about the community and surrounding areas. The place feels like a resort, the landscaping here and my view of Quinn’s Pond are stunning. Can’t wait to get out and explore the other amenities."
