"Went in to have my brakes adjusted since it was a freshly unboxed bike. Upon entering the shop, the mechanic (full sleeve tattoo guy) made sure to call my bike cheap and junky over 10+ times. It’s not the highest quality bike, but I spent $2,000 on it. It’s not cheap to me and one of the nicest bikes I’ve ever owned. The lack of self awareness and respect was astounding. I’ll forever prefer Vertical Earth on Sherman for all my bicycle needs."

"I rented a gravel bikes for a 3 day weekend from here. Matt, Chris, and the team were great. Smooth rental process. No issues with the bike. Plenty of beautiful routes to ride around CDA. Loved it!"
"I feel like I got ripped off. I was quoted $150-$200. 8 days later, before I could see the bike I paid $250. I immediately took it for a spin and noticed a dent in the front rim that rubs as I ride and 2 dents on the back rim that rub as well. Didn't get a phone call, nothing letting me know of any dents so that I can make a decision to buy new wheels. I was super excited to ride this bike but now I'm just sad about it."
