"After 7 months with Zito my bill increased by $40 with not warning. I was unable to login to my online account which resulted in me having to call and wait long periods of time due to the automated service being unable to match my account with any of the information I provided. When I would finally get transferred to a human, They claimed to get auto pay set up and my online account reset to where I could login. Well the next month something, the auto pay never to the payment for my bill, I was unable to log in and had to call and do it all over again. I had Zito for 13 months. On the 13th month I was able to login and the payment was deducted from my bank account. When I called to cancel my service, I was told that "they do not want the modem back, i could keep it, sell it through it at someone we dont care". That was the best interaction I had with Zito."

"I get a sense that they might be scamming us. Last year, when this house had a different router and plan, on the first day of 2023, the router shuts off for around half an hour before turning back on and being completely unusable for how slow the wifi ended up being. Once we got a new router, everything seemed to be okay (Aside from the very annoying events that occur where the wifi would shut off for hours at a time before going back to normal. Even had a moment where they said they were "fixing the main wire in the electronics room," which could easily be fixed and not take nearly a whole two weeks, thanks.) until conveniently, the new year of 2024 began. The wifi has taken yet another dip, and now I'm convinced they are wanting us to get a new router and making us spend EVEN MORE money to get it "fixed." I recommend searching for a new wifi service, as not even customer service was of help. In fact, I think it made it somehow even worse, as I'm only getting 0.04 Megabytes per second instead of the "high speed" they promise. Again, find a different provider, since they seem to enjoy squeezing the money out of your wallet every year."

"Worst internet in Kansas goes off for long periods of time. Been off since the 24, and as the 26 it’s still off and I’m 99% sure there lying to us about fixing it. NEVER GET ZITO EDIT: they were lying to us about fixing it"

"Zito is horrible! The service is slow and is down at least once a week now! Every time I call, they say they will credit me for the down time but never have. Instead they increased my bill!! I'm paying more for a service I can never use?! Stay away from this company!"

"I may have managed an average of 15Mbps download speed just now. At work I just switched to IDEATEK. 750Mpbs! Unfortunately its not available yet at my home. The sooner the better. The multiple day long outages, 90's internet speeds, and garbage customer service need to go. Good riddance of this company."
