"Our server was awesome... Food was great. Boss who decided to talk down to his employees by the front desk in front of everyone... Not cool."
"Service was great! Food was fair. On entering it smelled of sewage and so many booths had torn up upholstery. Obviously not a lot of pride in the business. A little reinvestment goes a long way on making an impression."
"Business was moderate with more customers coming in at a steady pace. We waited a few minutes before being acknowledged, but there seemed to be only one waitress waiting tables. She let us know she'd be with us momentarily; then suggested we could seat ourselves any where we liked. She made a great effort to attend all the tables and still be personable. She went above and beyond for our table. They were out of tartar sauce for one of our fish dinners; however, she took a few moments to create some with the ingredients they had in the kitchen. She also accommodated an issue I had with the water. She was polite and conscientious. Shelby did arrive to help her out about half way into our meals. If a raise is within your wheelhouse, you should consider giving her one."
"So my husband and I went to this place after the rodeo in town and was getting a table for 7 people total.. we stood up at the registers waiting to be seated.. we stood there for 10 minutes while servers were sitting at tables laughing and folding silverware, this was at 10pm. No one ever came to seat us so we left and when I called to see why there was no service the girl acted like she could care less....this explains why IHOP was slow and Applebee's was packed."
"I've never gone to IHOP for dinner before, and I have to say the food selection was definitely broader than I had expected. I ordered the Beef Tips, and honestly was impressed with the overall presentation of the food and the taste of the sides. The beef however was over cooked and was either the cheapest beef on the market or it was actually liver, but either way I don't recommend it. Other than that the overall experience was wholesome and pleasant."
