"My experience at Simple Suites surpassed my expectations. The room price was incredibly affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's level of accommodation. They prioritize customer satisfaction from the moment you step inside. The front desk employee greeted me with a smile promptly. The lobby has a store-like corner offering more than just typical vending machine items; there's a diverse selection of frozen meals, snacks, drinks, and even containers of ice cream. They also stock various over-the-counter medicines and personal hygiene items, sort of like a mini Walgreens. Despite the unbelievably low prices, the room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. I can't praise this hotel enough and wholeheartedly recommend it over any other place I've stayed at. Booking your reservations here will not leave you disappointed."

"Great experience! I stay at a lot of hotels for work and I can’t say enough great things about this place. The price is an absolute bargain, I found the room to be very clean, good water pressure in the shower, and no slamming hotel room doors (a pet peeve of mine). I stayed on the 4th floor and I never heard any of my neighbors, the elevator, or any other noises outside my room. I did hear the ice maker in the fridge in my room a couple times, but that’s it. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to folks visiting Boise."

"[PET OWNERS HEADS UP] Rooms were nice and everything but they should really tell you before you book online there's a ridiculous $75 charge for cats and $50 for dogs, which almost doubled our total! I wouldn't go here if you have pets most places only charge $10-$20. Other than that it was good though"

"For an all-suite hotel, we were disappointed. The rooms are not much larger than regular hotel/motel rooms. No couch or sitting corner. The kitchen is sufficient with the appliances, but no utensils, plates, cups or anything else that are typically provided in suites hotels. We were also advised that they don't have any housekeeping on the weekends. WHY??? And to top it off, they don't offer any breakfast whatsoever. Only a 10% discount across the street... Not very happy... :-("

"We are on a long road trip and needed a place to sleep for a couple hours. Online, simple suites had great reviews and cheaper than many. We were very happy with our stay. The room was large for our kids pack n play crib, and the room was clean. The full size fridge was sparkling clean. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable but the pillows were. Glad we found this place as it was also quick access to freeway."
