"Daughter was mistreated, when we brought up legitimate concerns with the director and assistant director, we were met with heartless gaslighting. Luckily the damage done to my daughter was temporary bruising. However, the worker responsible has worked there for years and has not been repremanded. It is clear the leadership, at a minimum, does not treat complaints as legitimate, and will always take the side of the worker vs the parent."
