She works in the warehouse and interacting with her is always a real joy because she is simply one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. She always gives me her full attention and truly goes above and beyond to make sure that I am being taken care of well as possible. "Bought a car from them two months ago. When I picked up the car there was damage that was NOT listed in the description. They also took the pictures in a way where no damage was visible. Let me clarify, we are NOT talking about a simple little dent or scratch. The vehicle description simply said the passenger mirror was ripped off and put in the trunk. Not only is the passenger mirror ripped off but starting at the front passenger door there is damage all the way down the vehicle. Scratches so deep they won't be able to be buffed out. Also, I paid all registration fees before I left, two months later still no plates and no answers as to where they are or when I will get them. I drove from the Oregon coast to do business with them. I will take my money somewhere else in the near future. In response to owners comment. Yes, it is best to come and view inventory before placing bids. However, plenty of people, myself included, are bidding from out of state. Since coming to view items before we bidding more than likely isn't an option for us. do you recommend we don't do business with you? I have placed bids through other places out of state and never had this problem. Why? , because they were a trustworthy business. They didn't believe in taking advantage of their customers"

"We love Musick Auction! We are probably there nearly weekly and have purchased several vehicles and more home goods than I can remember. Richard helped us last week load a large piece of furniture into our vehicle. Laura always greets us in the warehouse and chats for a few minutes, treats us like family. Michelle has been my favorite for years! I was so happy when she moved from the warehouse to the front desk. I am always happy to see her, she is personable and so helpful! The staff here are hands down amazing. They have all gone above and beyond to help us. We've even consigned items, including a vehicle, and the process was flawless. We appreciate all of them so much!"
