"I was looking for a new meds and the guys at the eagle pharmacy are so helpfully. especially Jeff, he called all the pharmacies around to find my meds. Super helpful. I am transferring my meds there . Highly recommended"
"Do not trust them! I needed a refill, but they didn't have enough in stock to fill it by the time I ran out. They gave me what they had (charging me the price of a full prescription) and verbally promised they would give me the rest once their shipment came in. A long story short, they never made good on their promise. I had extensive conversations with them trying to resolve this, but in the end, they refused to make it right. The technician did not make a record of his promise to me and rang it up in such a way that they would be unable to bill my insurance for the remainder, and the pharmacy was unwilling to eat the cost of their mistake. The person I spoke with's manager made a comment that they are not going to help me, so I should just send my lawyers. I was flabbergasted and am now moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy."
