"The attitude of the sales people is that if you place a deposit on a mattress, you aren't allowed to change your mind even if you haven't touched the mattress. I say down on the show floor mattress that my relative had placed a deposit on and was horrified that you could feel the springs pushing up, and that there was so little padding on a mattress that retailed for over 700, the salesman brought the price down to 290 cause he "didn't want to sell them a bad mattress." After taking them to a competitor and found a mattress that was amazing, and for less, we returned to get the $25 deposit back. We were advised that normally they don't refund the deposits, but he would this time. I don't recommend this place to anyone."
