"I'm not one to normally post review because I try to put aside that the customer service at Nampa Salon Centric isn't the best. But when you ask an employee a question about an email you got from their company and she goes off about how she's over being asked about it and she's frustrated. I was completely shocked how you can treat customers that way. It was crazy to me, I've never felt more uncomfortable going somewhere before. If it wasn't so close for to me I'd drive to Boise or Meridian."
"They are always helpful which is much appreciated. We are not all professionals in every area so it's nice to get help and not made to feel like an inconvenience."
"The 1 staff member responsible for checking out 7 guests, I felt bad for her. When she told me she felt bad for me after having to do 5 transactions because your system couldn't handle a guest buying more then 20 items at once?! Omg, and yes this happened to the 2 people behind me I let go ahead because of this mess- they had a mare 20-40 items each. sat there for 2 hours!!!!! After she scanned my items in for the second time, we had to make several transactions, yes 5. I bought 151 items and she told me people never buy this much, really?! Do people not own salons?! Not only did this take so much extra time , but the effort for your employee to re scan this many things is unacceptable and needs to be fixed."
