"I had a hot stone massage and an eye brow wax one day and I should have known from that experience to not go back for the pedicure a few weeks later when they could finally get me in. My massage itself was sub par at best. Also the ambiance just wasn't right. No music and the room was freezing. Maybe I've just been spoiled by other day spas but I figured these things were pretty standard. My eye brow wax itself turned out beautiful, I just wish she would have asked me to turn my face instead of physically grabbing it and turning it for me. The pedicure turned out pretty decent but the experience was less than relaxing since you're super close to the other people getting pedicures. They also charged me more for the pedicure than I expected since they said they would honor the January special when I called to schedule several weeks before. Overall it just wasn't the experience I'd hoped for which is unfortunate since the reviews I read were so great and the prices are decent."
