Well they spelt my email wrong, after I even spelt it out which means we aren’t in the email club for free earrings. Poor customer service at its finest, I wasn’t even offered an apology for the inconvenience. I will be calling corporate,"

"Walked in and there were two associates helping a mom and daughter with ear piercing. Never greeted. Searched the store for something without any success. Found an alternative without assistance and went to the register. Waited ten minutes at the register to check out. Never greeted. Took 2 associates to draw dots on a kid’s ears. Never got greeted. Left without my purchase. Won’t be back."
