"I found myself shocked and disappointed coming back for a beard trim. I’ll need to be told that apparently I made the staff feel uncomfortable, which is something I was completely unaware of. I had no idea that I was targeted by such complaints nor was I given a chance, and so I have to be honest. It’s one thing to come into a barbershop and be very loose as people are touching you you’ve got to be open, but I don’t recall that I was such a disruptive presence apparently that was not the feeling… However, I did not find this out. I was never communicated with until I came into the store. I don’t agree with this type of behavior, and I don’t think it’s a good way to run a business. I do appreciate the owner stance and protecting the safety ever staff, but as I have to protect my reputation, I cannot have people just arbitrarily saying things and not giving me a chance to defend myself, or explain myself , based on this type of event, I would highly advise customers to beware before entering a business like this, because everybody will will appear to be open and down to earth, but apparently not have the strength to communicate any differences or even be forgiving… The quality of the cuts was very good, but the professionalism is very low. I am sorry I remained extremely disappointed. Do not come here! This place is epic electric awesome from phone call to cutting stall the scissors to the head and razor left my skin as smooth silk sheets on a bed! Tori and McKenzie were champs. McKenzie also does skin treatment and wax and the prices? I feel like I’m robbing them! Tori handled my cut and shave like only a cutting queen can quick but thoroughly good and anyone that can make me look this good without surgery? Definitely worth a visit!!! I love my look!!!"
