"After meeting Alex on an airline flight and finding out he is a contractor in our area, we decided to have him bid on a deck upgrade and pergola project we have been wanting to do. We have had other bids but found those estimates to be excessively high. Alex's bid was prompt, thorough and reasonably priced, so he got the job. I am a very "hands on" person who values communication and attention to detail. Alex proved to be the right choice. He communicated clearly when he would be coming and going. And he worked full days, not a little here, a little there, like I have experienced in the past. When there was a choice as to how something would be executed, Alex had a good plan, always involved me in the decision and listened intently to my ideas. I greatly appreciated this and found that we worked well together. Alex obviously enjoys his work and takes pride in it. The fit and finish of his work met my high standards. Alex cleaned up the job site daily and in the entire time he was here, we never heard a coarse word from him or any of his team. The entire experience was a pleasure.
