"March 8th 2024. My husband went in for a SIMPLE haircut (the Veteran) which he hardly ever gets from a barbershop. Sat down, shortly after state inspectors came in to check for everyone's licenses. They should've inspected the actual haircut the barber was doing. I usually cut my husband hair, but he wanted to give me a break. So we found Chrome Comb, the reviews are good and the pictures look great. But he came home with a uneven lines, one side higher, not faded, and a sharp slant on one side. So much for the break. I had to fix his haircut. If you can't give a fade, even sides, and a simple cut, you should probably say so. Also he didn't even get his hair washed, which it states on their website. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!! Definitely WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!"

"Honestly used to love chrome comb - but it’s super frustrating that the place is a revolving door for barbers and you have had mixed results with some barbers over another. I’ve had both 5 star haircuts here and 1 star haircuts. Folks that are nice barbers and folks that are quite frankly rude and unprofessional. Been coming here for over 2 years but it’s time to move on - I’m not sure what isn’t working out for the barbers here but I really think it’s in your best interest to keep quality people - when they leave, so will your customers. I share this as genuine feedback. Best of luck with business, loved this place but don’t like changing barbers every time I get a cut."
