"When I walked in and sat down with Meci, I showed her pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. I wanted my hair longer in front and a bit shorter in back. I wanted what is called a lob. Ie...long bob. I told her up front exactly what I did Not want. I told her not brassy. She applied the chemicals to do an ombré effect. While I was sitting with the cap on my head, she started cutting a male customers hair. All the sudden it felt like my head was on fire!! I immediately told her. She stopped the guys haircut and rinsed my hair. She put toner on right after. I went home with shorter hair in front and the ombré looked silver. I asked her about it and she replied “It will wash right out. Well it did. What remained of my hair was burned beyond repair. My hair doesn’t feel like hair it feels like straw. Every day more hair falls out. I called her right after and told her my hair was fried! She said come by and I will condition it. I went in and she went in back and put a trial size deep conditioner in a bag. I am sick to my stomach every time I look in the mirror. I believe she should refund my money and the $40 tip I gave her. I’ve had to have more hair cut off by someone else. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Olaplex to try to help my hair. Meci, you should have my number and call me so I can pick my money back up from you. I’m going to try to send pictures of the before and after. I was definitely bushwhacked!!! I will never recommend this place. Not even to my worst enemy!!"
