"They did a poor job of communicating how massive their trucks are (not your typical dump truck with pup, closer to an 18 wheeler with a pup) and when they showed up with our first residential delivery it was not possible to get the truck into our driveway. This could have been chalked up to a break down in communication but we were then expected to pay the entire $150 delivery fee despite the fact that we had a large order and would have had almost $500 in additional delivery fees on top of the purchase price for the rock and sand we ordered. They were unwilling to split the delivery fee with us or apply it to our sizable order that we would have been paying them for. We took our business elsewhere and I do not recommend doing business with this company."
"Gone are the days of buying landscaping soil in bags! This place has great prices per cubic yard! Nice little office with samples of their product for you to touch and feel so you know exactly what you're getting. Nice gal working in the office... Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. This is an honest review. I just moved to Emmett three months ago and prior to today I didn't even know about this business. I'll be back!"
