"Tried out their HD (and spendy) fleet brakes for my 02 f250. Lasted 2 years 25k miles with 50/50 local/fwy miles, and only occassional towing 5-10k lbs. When I approached them about whether they should have lasted longer, they agreed they should have and warrantied the whole set. Wish they had a true oem+ quality line of brake components, and not excited to do the brake job again so soon, but very happy with the customer service, and them standing behind their products."

I’m the service manager of a 400 unit fleet. Customer service makes the difference every time. She was in and out fast. Son borrowed the car to save his job all worked out.
