The snow machine (snowdog) I ordered was on back order and they went above and beyond doing everything they could to make sure I was in the loop and kept up to date with the vendor. "I'll be honest, I don't often leave 5-star reviews, but the gang at Truth Powersports (and KCE...same people) are absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. My dealings with them are associated with my Snowdog (look it up) which they are an authorized dealer for. Last winter I needed an accessory and so I stopped by on my way back to Utah. They had what I needed and even gave me a Snowdog hat when they found out that I wasn't shipped one when I bought it. So, when I found myself wanting another accessory for my Snowdog this last week, I called them first and sure enough...they had it. And it is an uncommon accessory that none of the other Snowdog dealers in the US currently haver in stock. I asked if they would ship it to me and even though the part was only $11, you'd of thought I was buying a new Snowdog they were so attentive. They promptly got me the cost with shipping via email, I paid it via paypal, and they shipped it out the same day. They provided 4 total email updates in the process and were simply the best even though it was such a small purchase. I will be contacting them first for any other Snowdog support, including the second Snowdog I plan to purchase later this winter for my wife."
