"Just went and they couldnt do a simple design (french tip). They switched to someone else to try and do it and i still said i didnt like it. Crooked thick and a terrible design later they charged me even more than it was originally $100 down the drain. Will not be returning and going to go get them fixed tomorrow somewhere else!"

"3 of us made an appointment here for pedicure. We arrived right on time and still waited 15 min to be seated to due to low staff. Service was good, but our toes had gel polish on the skin and nails weren’t cut straight. I felt that they rushed because there was a person waiting and they wanted to just get to the next person. AND, i added sparkle to the tops of my nails and right foot has SO much sparkle and left has like nothing on it. They aren’t even. UPDATE 9/14: Came here and this is how it went: “how can i help you” i have an appointment for 2 pedis at 6 “i thought you changed it to 11:30” no i didn’t “i called this morning over and over and over again and some lady picked up the phone” it wasn’t my phone Then he proceeded to tell the girl that was getting her nails done by him that “i called today and said 11:30, i don’t know how IT got lost” Long story short, never coming here again"

"THIS IS THE WORST PEDICURE I'VE EVER GOTTEN THE LADY THAT I GOT I DO BELIEVE WAS NUMBER THREE SHE DIDN'T PAINT MY NAILS FULLY SHE DIDN'T SHAPE THEM SHE DIDN'T EVEN DO FULL COATS OF POLISH SHE WAS VERY QUIET DIDN'T TALK WHEN I ASKED HER TO FIX MY TOENAILS ALL SHE SAID IS YOU WANT MORE COLOR SHE WAS VERY ROUGH SHE CUT ME TWICE AND I HAD TO PAY $45 FOR IT I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN..... I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB AT HOME AND PAID $3 FOR IT"
