"Made an appointment for wax and fill - showed up my appointment was cancelled because waxer out sick. I still need nails filled they told me I could wait for the 2 people booked on my appointment time. Last month made an appointment for 10AM- arrived and shop was still closed. Last time for me!!!"
"We booked an appointment for 3 people. 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. When we arrived only 2 people were working. My mom waited 35 minutes for her manicure to start. The man doing pedicures rushed my procedure to start my sister. This is the 3rd time in a row when paying for the deluxe they haven't removed the dry skin on my heels. We won't be coming back. It's a lot of money for a poor job."
