"We went to Dave Smith in CDA on Saturday Feb 3rd 2024. We were the first people on the lot and when we walked in, all the employees were gathered for a meeting. Immediately a gentleman came over to us and asked how he could help. We advised we were wanting to look at cars and had a list of three to see. Jeremy took us out in the lots and kindly showed us the vehicles. Not once did we feel any pressure, he was kind, polite, and overall fun to hang around. We settled on one of two vehicles. Jeremy put them next to their building side by side and gave us the key fobs. He said take your time, I will be inside doing some work. Ultimately we chose a 2022 GMC Acadia Denali. This was our 3rd purchase from DSM-CDA. We have always had a great experience there from the salesman, finance, managers, all are outstanding folks. If you are looking for a newer car and are in the greater Spokane area, consider going to these guys and see what they offer.
