"We are building a new home. Monarch just provided the counters for our kitchen, laundry, bar, 5 bathrooms - the works. They are gorgeous - my picture doesn't do them justice. I was so pleased on how competitive they were in price - so much less than the same product from another vendor just around the corner. When we came on a time crunch so others could do their work, Brooke came through for our install and they did it in one day ! We have had a lot of subs and vendors on this build . . . Monarch is at the top of the list !"
"My wife and I were under a time crunch to find and install either a quartz or granite countertop in our Montana residence. We stopped by Monarch Marble and Granite to look at their selection and ended up finding a slab of granite that met our design needs. Brooke was very attentive and quickly put us in the queue for kitchen measurement and installation. We did experience a slight sink cutout miscalculation but I'm well aware that mistakes do happen. We were actually one kitchen upper cabinet short due to a miscalculation at our cabinet supplier, but its nothing to get upset about! I actually felt bad for the crew in this instance because they are the ones who had to carry that heavy granite slab around. The issue was promply corrected and the countertop successfully and expertly installed the next day. Our kitchen is about 95% complete but having the granite intalled sure makes the kitchen and the living space in general look and feel fantastic. I would like to add that all time commitments were met and nothing was misrepresented in any way. Last but not least my wife and I got the countertop she desired, installed ahead of our anticipated schedule and at a very fair price. We would like to thank Brooke, Josh and the crew for making our Monarch Marble & Granite kitchen countertop installation a successful and memorable experience. We are very, very happy!"
