I'd never been fitted for shoes before, but believe me, once they know what kind of shoes you need based on size, gait, arch, etc, they'll find you shoes that fit so well and are so comfortable that you'll forever be grateful. "I did this challenge that the Fleet Feet in cda had hosted the last 3 days and they called it the coddiwomple and it was the most fun i have ever had running only one mile every hour for 72 hours. you could do as many hours you wanted but me I like to challenge myself and I did all 72 miles of the 3 day challenge. It was so amazing I would so do it again next year and so should anyone who is reading this. You can do anything you set your mind too"
"I’m a serious runner and take my running gear, including shoes, just as serious. Every time I come in to Fleet Feet, they know me by name and bring out the latest running shoes for me to try based on my previous purchases. The staff is friendly and very active in the running community so they know their stuff!"
"Not a very good selection. Staff was unhelpful. Store is kinda blah. Check out the one in Spokane instead. Update: I bought some shoes here. The salesman kept telling me I was a different size than I am. I insisted on my size. There must have been some confusion because I was sent home with a size too big. I went back to the store to exchange and they didn't have them in the size I wanted. They were dismissive and rude upon my return. Didn't offer to see if I wanted a different shoe brand, etc, nothing. So I returned them and promptly got online and purchased the shoes I wanted in the size I wanted from the manufacturer. I was wanting to support a local business and willing to pay a premium for good service and I got neither. I will never be back to this store. They have lost my business."
