"Took my girls to get groomed, and first off, the phone call wasn't really friendly, more demanding that I respect their time by dropping them off on time, despite having never been there. I paid 70 for 2 extremely basic baths on shorthaired dogs under 10 lbs, where sure, they smelled good, but they didn't clip the nails short enough on one of my girls, and missed a few althogether too. All in all, I think there are more personable, interactive groomers with better pricing in the area :/"

"The owner knows what she’s doing, it’s my first time with a small long haired puppy and she gave me so many tips and tricks on how to take care of her hair in between appointments. She met up with me in the morning and let me sit in at my pups first visit because I was nervous. Charli will definitely be a regular client!"
