"This is our third time taking our dogs to Happy Paws. The first two times were alright but this last grooming will be our last appointment with them. I know how hard it is to run a business and to only having so much time to get as many dogs groomed as possible in a day. However, both of our dogs have extreme itching, redness in both ears and seem very uncomfortable after leaving your facility just two days ago. We have never had this problem before with previous groomings and I paid almost $200 for two small dogs that will probably need vet appointments on top of it. People are willing to pay good money for quality services but I feel like the bar was not met this time, which is disappointing."
