"My cat has to be sedated to even get her in the carrier to go to the groomer. They did a really good job with her. I feel like this place is very professional and I appreciate that they groom cats on Saturday."
"One lady took my requests for how I wanted my dog groomed. When I went back to get my dog a different lady was there. Most of what I requested wasn’t done and the rest was done poorly. I will not take my dog here ever again. I had to take my dog somewhere else to have her groomed properly. So it ended up costing me double. Very disappointed and dissatisfied."
"I've only used them 1x for a week. But dog was okay when we picked her up and the staff is polite. I called a couple times to check on our dog and the staff did not have a problem with that. We will use them again."
"In the past, I would rate this place at least four stars. But after several years of using them, they’ve changed ownership. I definitely would not go there ever again. A few weeks ago I scheduled my appointment for my dog, and now they are saying they don’t even have him on the schedule. And they won’t even do anything about their mistake. Big problem. That’s the whole purpose of making an appointment. Very very disappointing and now looking for a new groomer. If I could write them zero stars, I would."
