"Giving 3 Stars for atmosphere because I haven't actually been to the store in person but I'm pretty sure it's lovely I'll have to go there and change my review in the future. But when ordering online I have gotten nothing but great service and the food has been absolutely delicious and to my expectations."

"The food is always great, but the staff is A-mazing. I greatly appreciate the staff that was on at 12:30 today they were positive and so kind when they were swamped. I appreciate your great attitudes and great customer service!"

"My first time here, I got the ugly bowl and potstickers. The chicken was tender and delicious. I was cautious with the sauces but the heat is scaled to American taste. The medium, number 5 was tasty with a little heat. The staff was super helpful, I was excited to taste sweet potato noodles."

"One of the most important pieces of having a good experience at a restaurant is the service! It was so refreshing how friendly all of those teenagers were! I live in a small community where the families have a lot of money. Most of the teenagers I come across are entitled and rude. This was absolutely not the case! This was my first time eating here and was satisfied with the explanation of how to order and what would come in my bowl. I've been excited to try Cupbop since I saw a video on them awhile ago. The food was good, I did not enjoy the flavor of the noodles but was pleased and happy to wait for the fresh chicken. That part of the bowl was exceptional! The restaurant itself was bare and a bit sterile. It's not very welcoming to sit and eat. But as the business ages, and becomes more prosperous I'm sure we can expect the owner to pit more thought and money into the dining in experience. As it was not welcoming to eat in, I chose to take my food on the road back home with me."

"We read the online reviews and were super excited for some gluten free noodles. We were under the impression that employees would change their gloves between gluten free and non food if we told them, they did not. Furthermore, we were the 2nd people in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for our noodles to cook. Then after telling the employees we were getting two ugly bowls they proceeded to serve everyone else the fried chicken and by the time our noodles were done there was non left. We waited 20 minutes for noodles and ended up not getting our order. One of the front of house workers spoke in whispers and I could not understand anything she said even if she repeated it. This same employee almost served us tangy chicken that the other employee had just told us was not gluten free and would have given us that if not for the other employee. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and the workers. However, the food was good but, I am dissatisfied with the quality of workers and the care they put into our needs."
