"Over 20 bucks for cold food that resemble the kids meal portions at a fast food place. Brisket cost 2.50 more, was cold right when the server dropped it off and they give you about 3oz total(equivalent of 1 small slice cut up). The ribs were way overseasoned and tough as hell, with twice as much bone as meat and also cold upon dropping it off at the table. The 3 small hush puppies were cold and hard as a rock, for 25 bucks I expected at least a full meal and warm food. The best part of the meal was the store bought generic mashed potatoes with an ounce of brown gravy on top. Was actually warm. Not hot, but at least warm. We definitely won't go back. Just because they're at the village doesn't mean they're quality. Dollar store food for Michelin Star prices."
"Ordered Brisket loaded Baked Potato and it was missing half the ingredients. Would have took it back but only have half an hour for lunch. The Brisket Nachos my friend ordered came with a lot of fat on them. Not happy with this place."
"Took some customers to lunch here. I was a little Leary as the place was dead! But the food did not disappoint. Perfect portion size at the right price. Food tasted amazing. I had the lunch pork tacos special. Amazing flavor and they did not skimp on the meat. Definitely need to give them a try."
"R and R is better than some bbq places. I tried a little bit of everything here. From brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and fries to chicken nuggets and Mac n cheese. The service was very friendly and I do like the option to poor my own bbq sauce because I am a sauce boss. The only thing I'd gripe about is that sometimes the brisket can be dry or full of fat. Overall, the food was excellent, and I'd definitely eat here again."
