"I've been coming to this location in multiple other locations. For a long time period I have never had more unprofessional service anywhere than at this location. The last couple weeks, the cookies have either been hard or not at all like the picture and have looked horrible. It makes me wonder if they have Joe Biden making the cookies. Winning yesterday to get the above cookies in the picture. And they only had 1 person working. She seemed like it was inconvenient to her when I informed her that the small cookie on top of the one cookie was missing. If I asked her why the other ones I didn't look like the picture and she didn't say anything and Just kept working. Absolutely ridiculous! Probably won't be returning to this location for a while if at all."
"They do have good cookies. But most recently they are struggling with the ability to make enough cookies to keep up with the demands. Which leaves their customers walking away because if they are going to spend their money on cookies they want to the cookies they are coming in for. I would suggest during their busy times and on weekends that they up their production of their cookies. It’s better to have more of their cookies than run out before they close and leave customers disappointed and unsatisfied."
"This is the place to go for soft and sweet cookies. We got a variety pack, and each cookie had a unique flavor. They are all large and doughy. I definitely reached my sugar quota for the rest of the year."
