"This location has changed so much in the last few years, and not in a good way. The portion sizes are very small, the employees were not exactly rude but they seemed like they were bothered by having to help customers and the restaurant area tables were all dirty. If the company expects customers to pay high prices for this experience than they are delusional."
"This chipotle is the absolute worse. I wouldn't recommend eating here. The food service and meal prep is absolutely disgusting. Place is absolutely unsanitary. Especially where they also kept insisting the regular quesadilla is online meal order only. No idea when that became a thing forced me to order a kids menu quesadilla because they wouldn't serve me a regular quesadilla."
"This location has been notorious for having rude customer service. The way they assemble to food is very poor and the way they speak to customers is flat out rude. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos and the guy who helped me started with asking me what kind of protein I’d like. I asked if I could get some white rice first as everyone has always asked what kind of rice and beans I’d like, and he responded back and questioned about me wanting rice in my tacos. He added the rice and moved forward with the protein skipping the beans. Next the girl who was adding the salsa was just as rude and full of attitude. I try to avoid coming here and will drive to the Boise location usually because they are so much friendlier and make you feel welcomed when you come to their restaurant. Even the way they assemble to food at Boise is so much better. I decided to try the Meridian location again tonight, and yet again I am very disappointed with the personnel."
"Hello my name Ashton broomhead, I came here for lunch from centennial highschool and I was bothered by the horrible service, hardly anyone spoke English it was so difficult to communicate!! Ended up being charged 150$ for my bowl and I was charged for large queso over 25 times. Never go here. I’m trying to bulk for my d3 college offer for morris Minnesota"
"Always try to give places a second chance. The last time I went (the other Meridian location), the meat was incredibly large. Here, I had some the size of my pinky nail, and others.. Well, view the photo. Also, we went at 8 and they close at 10, so why were all the dining areas besides the bar closed?"
