"I was pleasantly surprised by our food. We all were happy with our choices. My breakfast chicken bowl was tasty and a good size. Pancakes were hot and fresh. My husband was happy with his meat omelette. I wouldn't mind coming back. The only setback was our server was new and somehow our order got lost and they had to come and take it again so we had to wait a lot longer for our food and they were out of egg whites."
"Me and my family just ate at store #1746 and had the best time! I have not had any good experiences at I hop but everything was amazing. Our waitress, Savana B is what name was on the receipt, was amazing. She was super kind and was very understanding of our needs as we had a young child with us. You go girl!"
"Extremely dissatisfied with my order… I usually dine in, but today was a very long day and I decided to take it home. When I got home and opened it, I got no gravy, and a child sized portion of potatoes. The hostess also had attitude and was very unwelcoming."
"We went for breakfast today. I ordered over medium eggs. The waitress gave me scramble eggs. She said, "Oh, that might be someone else's order." I waited for 10 minutes and still no breakfast. I told my hubby to eat his food before it got cold. Waved down our the waitress and requested my food. She had forgotten and returned with warm greasy food. I ate a little, and then we left. My hubby said his breakfast was greasy, too. However, he liked his pancakes. I'm thinking we might try the restaurant at a later date."
