"They literally refused to take my order at the counter - the employee said she was too busy. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that I had to use the kiosk or go through the drive thru. I don’t get paid to take my own order. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received from any business ever! I will not ever be returning to this Wendy’s again and will proactively discourage anyone else from going there."

"You can no longer order with a human. Menu is confusing and creates a more expensive meal. No one talks to you, no hello,no thank you. What is this world coming to? What happened to old fashioned customer service? Wendy’s sucks!"

"Went to dine in with my family. Stood there for several minutes. Watched at least 6 employees walk around, and they all ignored us. Some guy came in, and they immediately asked him what he needed, and talked with him. After not being acknowledged at all the entire time, no hi or hello or "we'll be right with you", we just left. Zero customer service, zero communication. We won't be going back to that location again."

"When I first started coming here it was good but gradually over the past 4-6 months its been definitely a hit or miss I like to order the nuggets, baconator or the biggie bag with the jr bacon burger Though through my several experiences I find that coming here is just a hassle more often then not The food is cold like 80% of the time, the cheese is hardly ever melted on the burgers and the service is mediocre at best The night shift tends to do better then day but either need some serious management improvement or just all in all better workers that would like to actually somehow care/enjoy their job The attitudes and work ethic are low and it shows I hope somehow this review speaks to management or the employees that work here cause yall could do better Best of luck, I will continue to go here out of convenience but seriously hope this improves. The nampa wendys on Garrity is always on par. Do better"

"Arrived to find a folding chair blocking the drive through. Thought maybe the speaker was out. Park and attempt to walk in, door is locked. I can see someone mopping, and a couple people seated at the tables. As I returned to my car wondering what was going on, I watched 3 employees walk out. Asked if they were closed and not one bothered to even look at me. This was at 1 PM, and probably 8-10 more cars did the exact same thing I had, as I attempted to leave. This store used to have issues previously with closing 1-2 hours early, or being randomly closed. And that was pre-pandemic. Apparently we're back to that now. Don't waste your time."
