"Having to use an app to operate a fast food place is the height of stupidity! They ask to see my phone and then lock me out when I go to get it. The food wasn't ready, the drinks were wrong and the chick at the window doesn't have a clue how to read an order."
"Sad to say, they didn't have the right chicken and wanted us to wait almost 20 min. We went with different chicken and it wasn't the best. Ended up feeling like we didn't want to go back again. We wanted to eat in the dining room, had to clean our own table. The soda fountain was out of most sodas... Kinda bad over all, if it wasn't for the staff being amazing we probably would've made a scene...."
"Hands down the best spicy chicken sandwich in the industry. Always hot and juicy in the middle and crunchy on the outside with just the right amount of spice. I've eaten every other major chains chicken sandwich and none are close. If you haven't had one you need to have one"
"Drive through was quick and easy. I didn’t have to shout at the microphone or repeat myself. My order was accurate and fast. Service was good. No complaints. This location is much better than the Meridian location because the Meridian location is notorious for giving incomplete orders. This Nampa location is my new favorite. Shorter wait. Better service. Accurate orders. I give this location five stars based on my fast food standards."
