"I came with a group of 5 people and we had 4 orders. I ordered first, and we waited for 40 minutes, and the people behind us got their food first. There was nobody was even there… we didn’t get anything that crazy, just regular fries, and then we asked them, and they said that it was on the way, waited for another 20 minutes, and they didn’t even have our order in the back. tried to get a refund, and they couldn’t find our order. we got a refund eventually, but absolutely terrible customer service, and the environment is whatever, not amazing, not very much space, only like 3-4 small tables. would not recommend, and the food that we did get wasn’t even that good. the chicken was somewhat gross"
"Worst experience! I ordered my food at 4:00 and got my good 40 minutes later. Lazy people working. I'm about to leave, but luckily I check my food. They miss an item on my order! I go back and the girl working knew she forgot it, because she had the items ready and needed to put it together. Still has the most attitude! I leave with my missing item and start eating my food. Then there’s a long piece of HAIR in my food. That was the cherry on top. I was so disgusted and she was the only girl working there. People with long hair need to put their hair fully up. I am so unhappy with my experience."
"The food was delicious and reasonably priced. It was extremely busy because all the Door-Dash and Grub Hub orders. But they did a great job of juggling to get their product out."
"I ordered food for my family and when it got here the chicken was dry and had almost no sauce on it. The fries were a nightmare they were so burnt, cold, and tasted like it was just the skin and no potato. The only thing not messed up was the ranch. Very disappointed and upset!"
"Order took an hour and a half, was cooked to a crisp, no tenders, and most of the wings weren't edible. Her literal response was "we are just a bunch of highschool kids and we have been getting complaints all day and we are tired" Wow. Sounds like a bad manager and worthless staff. No manager on duty on the busiest night. Wingstop sucks. Don't waste your money or your time here."
